  • The goal of this project is to raise funds to purchase an electric vehicle (EV) and wrap it in the logos of all companies that purchased advertising spots on the Website.
  • By purchasing a spot on the Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase of Advertising Spots

  • Spots on the digital map can be purchased at the rates specified on the Website.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms.
  • The purchase entitles you to a spot on the digital map displayed on the Website. Placement on the actual car is not guaranteed and is subject to the conditions outlined in Section 4.

3. Use of Content

  • By submitting a logo or any other content for your purchased spot, you grant MillionDollarEV.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the content on the Website and, if applicable, on the EV.
  • You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content submitted and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

4. Car Wrapping Conditions

  • The primary goal is to raise enough funds to purchase and wrap an EV with the logos of companies that purchased spots on the Website.
  • If the fundraising goal is not reached, the logos will only be displayed on the Website, and there will be no obligation to place them on an EV.
  • Placement on the actual car is at the sole discretion of MillionDollarEV.com and will depend on the successful completion of the fundraising goal.

5. Fundraising Goal

  • The fundraising goal will be prominently displayed on the Website. This goal represents the total amount needed to purchase and wrap the EV.
  • Updates on the progress towards this goal will be provided regularly on the Website.

6. Liability

  • MillionDollarEV.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website or the content placed on it.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any interruptions or errors.
